As a young girl, my greatest joy was Dance and Performance. Dance Fitness & Lifestyle Coaching has made it possible for me to share the joy of wellness and balanced lifestyle with others. Through the years, I have incorporated many techniques into my training style. The training tools offered here range from Barre, Aquatic Fitness, Danse Fitness, Zen Meditation, Stretch & Tone, Personal Lifestyle Coaching, Strength Training, Suspended Weight Training, CORE, Injury Rehabilitation and Special Populations. The classes change seasonally and upon demand. Most are open to the public and are co-ed. See the Class Schedule for details.
